MAIN PURPOSE The (Senior) High-End Merchandiser acts as key contact for all Fine Watches merchandising related activities, and provides support on other High-End product lines, playing a key role in achieving China High-End sales targets. Acting as a bridge between the HQ and Commercial teams, the (Senior) High-End Merchandiser helps to drive productivity by optimizing product allocation (right products at the right place at the right time). She/he contributes to optimizing Fine Watches stock availability, following Global product and “Prestige” network strategy as well commercial guidelines. Key missions include product planning and stock allocation of Fine Watchmaking to boutiques and watch points of sales in China. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Fine Watches Product Assortment Support the definition of Fine Jewellery Watches and Fine Watchmaking assortments planning, in line with the product and network Global strategy and guidelines; Answer and ensure the execution and detail follow up of the daily products enquiries from boutiques in close coordination with Operations team; Support and execute action plans to reach Fine Watches sales and business development targets for each product line, by optimizing stock visibility and supporting Fine Watches' sales in boutiques and during High Jewellry events; Act as main point of contact to Central teams on Fine Watches related topics, supporting High Jewellery Director’s decisions on this category. 2. High-End Sales Analyses and Data Maintenance Sales analysis monitoring: monitor High-End sales on a daily basis, tracking invoicing and pick-up status, preparing weekly estimates and ensuring proper reporting to both local and central teams; Support to High-End forecasts: closely monitor actual sales vs. forecasts and help to develop timely actions if needed; Provide support to ensure flawless pricing operations. Closely monitor Fine Watches price positioning, and actively collaborate with Central teams on price adjustments if needed; Be the main point of contact on the use of the different sales tools (e.g. PLAZA, PEGA, OCP); Monitor the invoicing plan after events and for recurring sales. 3. High Jewelry Event Support Support the High Jewellery Director to define the event product strategy (assortments, novelties visibility, loose stones, specific VM requests…) for each event; Provide onsite support during China High Jewellry and Prestige boutique events, mainly for product requests/searching, and provide qualitative feedback on site. 4. CS High-End Repairs Follow-up Build a 360° vision on the High-End CS repairs portfolio (owned stock and consignment) and maintain internal dashboard constantly up-to-date; Follow-up with Manufacturing (CJI), using internal BOOSTER tool; Share priorities with CJI when needed; Update Boutiques / SAs on repairs status and deadlines, to optimize client satisfaction. 5. High-End Product Related Projects Support the High Jewellery Director on specific product projects COMPETENCIES Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or in High-End Product Marketing; Full proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, Word and Power Point; Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken); Strong business analytical skills; Sense of urgency, strong problem-solving mindset, with great sense of details; Team spirit, collaborative mindset and communications skills; Multitasking ability; Business and results oriented, with sense of service and client mindset; Flexible, available and responsive; Proactive and autonomous.
